For urgent medical questions that are foot and/or ankle related, you may reach Dr. Siegel directly via direct messaging him through our patient portal, onpatient. onpatient is our preferred method of communicating with our established patients.
Questions may also be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also contact Dr. Siegel after-hours on our main office line (813) 549-5678 and leave a voicemail when prompted. Dr. Siegel and his staff are alerted to any urgent emails or voicemails after-hours and will return your email or call as soon as possible.
How To Pay
Most claims are processed within 30-60 days after your appointment. You will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company along with a patient statement from our office. Patient statements are mailed and sent to your onpatient account. You may pay us via the onpatient portal (credits and debit card payments only) [see below], in person (cash, check, credit, CareCredit), or over the telephone (debit, credit, and CareCredit).
