Step-by-Step Instructions for Online Scheduling

New Patient Scheduling Instructions

  1. For patients who have never seen our doctor before, you may begin the scheduling process by first selecting a “Type of Visit.” Please choose an item from the list that most closely correlates to your current foot or ankle condition. Make sure to select the visit type that is preceded with “New Patient.”
  2. In your own words, provide any additional details for the doctor.
  3. Input your name (First Name-Last Name format).
  4. Input your date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY format).
  5. Input your email address. This will allow our system to send you a confirmation email. We do not share your email address with any third party vendors.
  6. Input either a home phone or cell phone number. This will be used by us to get in touch with you and for verification purposes.
  7. Next select the date and time you would like to be seen. Your appointment will be input automatically into our scheduler. Click “Next Week” for additional dates.
  8. When complete, click on “Submit Appointment Request.”
  9. You will receive an email confirming the appointment and inviting you to register with onpatient. For more information about onpatient, click here.

Returning Patient Scheduling Instructions

  1. For patients who have been to our office before, begin the scheduling process by first selecting a “Type of Visit.” Please choose an item from the list that most closely correlates to your current foot or ankle condition. Make sure to select an appointment type that’s preceded with “Return Patient.”
  2. In your own words, provide any additional details for the doctor.
  3. Input your name (First Name Last Name format).
  4. Input your date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY format).
  5. Input your email address. This is used for health record verification purposes.
  6. Input either a home phone or cell phone number. This is also used for verification purposes.
  7. Select the date and time you would like to be seen. Your appointment will be input automatically into our scheduler. Click “Next Week” for additional dates.
  8. When complete, click on “Submit Appointment Request.”
  9. You will receive an email confirming your appointment. Please fill out all any required forms or update information on onpatient. For instructions on how to use onpatient, click here.

All health data inputted through our scheduler is securely held by our Electronic Health Record (EHR) vendor, drchrono, and not stored locally on our website or our server. For more information, please view this link.
